Hi, welcome to my website. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother (Noni) to 9 beautiful humans.
I studied Philosophy at the University of Waterloo, taught English to adults for many years. I work in a family business and I love words to engage in the journey of our days.
I paint watercolours and have written poetry all my life. Yoga is a source of exercise.
After a serious car accident many years ago I became deeply entrenched in meditation for healing. Later I received my meditation instructor training certificate.
Poetry, art and meditation have saved my life. I share my poems, art, spoken word and meditations. Please enjoy.
